1. Your content
You retain ownership of your original biography, CV, photographs, research and project material. You must have permission to provide third-party material.
2. Review before publication
Your portfolio should remain in private review until you have checked the final content and approved publication in writing.
3. Visibility choices
- Public — directory-listed and discoverable;
- Unlisted — excluded from directory search but accessible by direct link;
- Private review — kept off the public deployment during drafting and approval.
4. Personal detail choices
You can choose whether to display your full name, photograph, downloadable CV, email address, telephone number and social links. Home addresses should not be published.
5. Updates and removal
You may request correction, temporary hiding, archive or removal. Paid update work may be subject to the applicable package or maintenance terms, but privacy corrections and consent withdrawals will be handled appropriately.
6. Public link and internal ID
Each portfolio can use a readable professional link while retaining a separate internal ID for administration. Changing a published link may require a redirect to prevent broken links.
