1. About these terms
These terms apply to visitors, contributors and prospective clients who use rdnovasphere.uk. By continuing to use the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
RD NovaSphere is currently presented as a founder-led brand operating from Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. It is not a bank, government body, university, recruitment agency or regulated financial adviser.
2. Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may update, suspend or withdraw website features when reasonably necessary.
3. Service enquiries and contracts
Website descriptions and indicative prices are invitations to enquire, not automatic acceptance of an order. A service contract begins only when RD NovaSphere confirms the scope, price, timetable, deliverables and payment terms in writing.
Before a consumer places a paid distance order, RD NovaSphere will provide the required pre-contract information, including trader contact details, total price, delivery arrangements and applicable cancellation information.
4. Contributor content and approvals
Contributors must only submit material they own or are permitted to use. They remain responsible for the truthfulness of qualifications, experience, claims, images and documents supplied. RD NovaSphere may edit content for clarity and presentation but will not knowingly publish false or misleading claims.
A portfolio should remain in private review until the contributor approves publication and selects Public or Unlisted visibility.
5. Intellectual property
Contributors retain ownership of their original personal content. RD NovaSphere retains ownership of its platform code, design system, brand assets, templates and original site materials unless a written agreement states otherwise. No RD NovaSphere logo or design may be copied or represented as another organisation’s work without permission.
6. Payments, deposits and revisions
Package-specific payment stages, included revisions and ongoing fees will be stated in the written proposal or service agreement. Any cancellation charge must reflect the agreement and applicable consumer law; a deposit is not automatically non-refundable in every circumstance.
7. Limits of responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, RD NovaSphere is not responsible for third-party recruitment, admissions, funding, investment, employment or academic decisions made after viewing site content.
8. Removal and suspension
We may hide or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, abusive or contrary to contributor permissions. Contributors may request correction, temporary hiding, archive or removal through the contact form.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. Questions or legal notices may be sent through the website contact form, identifying the subject as “Legal request”.
