A professionally managed and searchable showcase for students, graduates and researchers who want their approved work presented clearly without having to build and maintain their own website.
Recruiters and collaborators can search by a person's unique ID, then open a curated portfolio containing only the information and work that person has approved for publication.
RD
ID:001 Curated profile
Business analytics · HR & compliance · Strategy · Digital innovation
Selected predictive analytics, forecasting, simulation and applied machine-learning evidence.
The contributor sends their biography, CV, research, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, links and publication permissions.
Curate and review
RD NovaSphere organises the evidence, removes agreed sensitive details and prepares a consistent professional portfolio.
Approve and publish
The contributor reviews the final version before publication and receives a unique shareable portfolio link.
For contributors
No website-building burden
Send the work once. RD NovaSphere creates and updates the portfolio on the contributor's behalf.
For recruiters
Evidence beyond the CV
View organised examples of real work, skills, research interests and approved professional information.
Managed publishing
Curated, not self-service
Profiles and documents are reviewed before going public, keeping presentation consistent and reducing unsafe or unsuitable uploads.
Contributor control
Choose how your portfolio can be found
Every new portfolio begins in Private review and should not be deployed to the public site until approval. After approval, the contributor chooses Public or Unlisted.
Private review
Draft and approve safely
Kept off the public deployment while the contributor and RD NovaSphere review the material. Publication happens only after approval.
Public
Discoverable portfolio
Shown in the public ScholarSpace directory, searchable by name or ID, and may be indexed by search engines.
Unlisted
Share by direct link
Excluded from the public directory and marked noindex. Anyone with the direct link can still open and forward it.

Important publishing standard
Permission, privacy and ownership come first.
Only contributor-approved information will be made public. Contributors must confirm that they own the work or have permission to publish it, and they may request updates or removal. ScholarSpace will describe profiles as curated unless a formal verification process is introduced.
